Staff: David Daniels

Prior to joining Friends of the Children Central Oregon, David Daniels served as a Team Leader at Bend Parks & Recreation, where he supported youth after school at Kids Inc. and through summer programs at the Pavilion Activity Club (PAC) and Adventure Camp. His passion for youth development drives him to create enriching experiences that foster resilience and community among young learners.In 2011, David co-founded Holistic Wellness with his wife, Dr. Kate Naumes, where he wore many hats over a decade, including Business Manager, Operations Specialist, and Digital Marketing Specialist.David started out his career teaching music, inspiring students to explore their creativity and express themselves through sound. He is a passionate about supporting the needs of neurodiverse individuals and has also spent time substitute teaching in Bend La Pine Schools.Hailing from Texas, David loves living in Oregon and spending time outdoors. In his free time, he enjoys hiking and paddle boarding, as well as cooking with his wife and teenage son. He is excited to be a part of Friends of the Children team.
