Volunteer Opportunities Include:

Professional Services: Friends-CO is always looking for individuals who could donate time to photograph events, create small marketing projects, and procure donations. If you have a special talent you would like to share, this could be a great opportunity.

Office Support: Occasionally, Friends-CO needs support with large mailings. Come organize, address envelopes, stuff, stamp and seal. Mailings typically take 3 hours.

Friendraiser - November 4: Our biggest fundraising event of the year needs friendly, energetic, and organized volunteers to help with tasks such as welcoming guests, registration, auction data entry, check out, and clean up. Friendraiser is a time to celebrate our youth’s accomplishments and our volunteers really help set the tone of a fun and memorable evening. Shifts range on average about four hours and food, beverages, swag, and training is all provided by Friends-CO.

Year Round Giving Projects: Support Friends-CO staff in helping support our youth year-round. There are multiple opportunities, such as the Holiday Giving Tree, Back to School Backpacks, and Winter Weather Gear Drive, where Friends staff could use assistance in organizing/coordinating, purchasing, delivering, and wrapping various gifts/donations we receive.

Program Support: Assist our Program Director in setting up and leading a variety of engaging activities for our youth. These usually take place at the end of each month.
